  • Are there any prerequisites for this course? Students considering enrolling in this course should have a basic invert (or at least working on it) and a strong climb.

  •  How much time per week will this program take? The course comes with a training schedule designed to help you reach your goals. Optimally, you'll be training 2x per week for about 45min to an hour each session.
