This comprehensive course is designed to give you all of the tools that you need to nail your true grip handspring, all within a 4-week semester. Once enrolled, you'll receive access to a targeted warm up and my "staple" conditioning exercises, a targeted, true-grip-specific conditioning workout, a true grip technique workout and a pacing guide to help you train.   • Is this program suitable for beginners? If you are brand new to pole and do not have a solid invert, this course may not be the best fit for you. The course is absolutely suitable for those who are just beginning their true grip handspring journey however!
  • How much time per week will this program take? The course comes with a pacing guide designed to help you optimally train your true grip handsprings. Suggested training times are 2X per week for 30-45 min.
  • Why does it cost so much more than a pole class? Investing in yourself is always scary, especially if you are unsure of the outcome! I've designed this course to be so much more than a class. It's an entire training program designed to ensure the success that you cannot get in one class. And if you compared the cost of training handsprings in a private lesson 2x/week for a month, it would be more than double the price you see here!

  • Do I need access to a pole? You will absolutely need access to a pole to complete the course!
  • How do I know if the course will work for me? Here’s the thing: no one can ever, EVER guarantee results, BUT what I can guarantee is that if you follow this program, do the workout given at least 2x/week, and focus on this training for at least 4 weeks, it will absolutely work for you. So much of what causes us to struggle is the desire to HAVE ALL THE THINGS RIGHT NOW. But believe it or not, that will actually set you back in your training.
